Restoring purchases

Infinite Hangar and Double Income are one-time purchases. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device, open the Shop and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought them with.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ad privacy choices

Players in the UK, EEA and Switzerland can change their ad consent at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. Anyone can turn tracking off in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

My progress disappeared

Your zoo is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes your save, and progress doesn't move between devices. Purchases can always be restored (see above).
