Help with Magic Lightbox — film & TV reviews, spoken not typed.
Reporting content or behaviour
Magic Lightbox has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Every review, debate message, and account can be reported from inside the app:
- A voice review — tap the ⋯ on the review card, then Report.
- A debate message — press and hold the message, then tap the ⋯ that appears.
- An account — open their profile and tap the ⋯ at the top.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks our Terms of Use is removed and the account may be suspended or permanently removed. You can also email us at the address above.
Blocking someone
The same ⋯ menus offer Block. Blocking works both ways — you won't see their reviews or debate messages, and they won't see yours. Manage or undo blocks under Profile → Settings → Blocked accounts.
Common questions
- How long can a review be? Reviews have no length limit — take as long as you need. Debate voice notes are capped at five minutes.
- Do I need an account? No — you can browse and listen without one. Recording, replying, reacting, and lists require signing in.
- Can I delete a review? Yes — tap the ⋯ on your own review and choose Delete.
- Can I delete my account? Yes — Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, reviews, and replies.
- Notifications are too noisy. Mute an individual debate from the people icon in its header, or turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
- I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email a reset link.

Titles, posters, and cast information come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
